This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, transfers, subscriptions, digital products, services, and event registrations are handled by Podcast Excellence Academy.

1. Overview

Podcast Excellence Academy provides digital products, educational content, consulting, coaching, memberships, automation services, community access, website and funnel support, podcast-related services, seminars, workshops, and business development resources.

Because many of our products and services involve immediate access to intellectual property, digital resources, strategy, consulting time, custom work, or reserved event space, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, all digital product sales are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page.

3. Coaching, Consulting & Strategy Sessions

Payments for coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, audits, and advisory services are generally non-refundable once services have been scheduled, delivered, or partially completed.

If rescheduling is needed, reasonable advance notice is requested. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited at the discretion of Podcast Excellence Academy.

4. Done-For-You and Custom Services

Custom services involving strategy, branding, websites, funnels, automation, CRM configuration, media production, editing, design, implementation, setup work, AI systems, or other labor-based services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

This is because time, resources, planning, labor, and intellectual property are invested immediately after project initiation.

Partial refunds, credits, or project adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Podcast Excellence Academy.

5. Memberships and Subscriptions

Subscription-based products, memberships, communities, recurring coaching, software access, or monthly programs may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Previous subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and access has been granted.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date.

6. Events, Workshops & Seminars

Event registrations, seminar tickets, workshops, webinars, live trainings, and in-person experiences are generally non-refundable due to limited seating, planning costs, venue commitments, preparation, staffing, and event expenses.

If you cannot attend an event, you may request:

  • A transfer to another attendee
  • A future event credit if approved
  • Alternative arrangements at the discretion of Podcast Excellence Academy

Requests should be made before the scheduled event date whenever possible.

7. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise approved in writing.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Loss of access
  • Paused services
  • Removal from programs or communities
  • Collections or recovery efforts where legally permitted

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Podcast Excellence Academy to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of access to services, programs, products, memberships, communities, or support.

We encourage customers to contact support first so we can attempt to resolve concerns professionally and fairly.

9. Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy must be approved in writing by Podcast Excellence Academy.

Any special guarantees, refund windows, satisfaction guarantees, or offer-specific refund terms presented on a sales page or agreement will override this general policy for that specific offer only.
